Stakeholder Identification: Conducting asset mapping of the community to identify public and private entities with a stake in the community. Evaluating the results of the asset mapping to determine the most compelling reason for stakeholder involvement. Soliciting stakeholders regarding participation in program.

Resident Involvement: Conducting a strategic planning session to identify effective methods of developing and delivering a outreach activities that encourages and increases resident participation in community- based initiatives.

Partnership Development: Working with stakeholders to create a "win-win" relationship with program participants. Developing strategic alliances that are dynamic, flexible, and grow with the participant, program, and community. Establishing formal relationships with stakeholders to ensure overall accountability.

Literacy: Developing participants’ ability to function effectively in the areas of reading and using computer applications.

Workforce Readiness: Developing participants’ skill sets and overall capacity to attain employment, perform effectively, and thrive in the job place. Additional training in: professional etiquette, use of technology, conflict resolution, and decision- making.

Leadership Development: Increasing participants’ capacity to lead their peers in social and work place settings. Training in increasing self -esteem, listening, team building, effective decision making, empowering peers, and achieving results.

Executive Coaching: Working from line managers up to the Project Director level, we provide training in critical management techniques including: interpreting your SOW, resource and performance management, customer relations, and meeting contract deliverable schedules.

Organizational Development: Training in developing strategic approaches to maximizing project performance based on the deliberate use of resources within the corporate infrastructure. Participant’s will understand and intentionally link into existing systems and resources so as to offer competitive, customer driven service.

Project Management Plan: Participants will learn to evaluate the customer need, assess the impact of the need on the existing infrastructure, identify additional resources as needed, and develop a project management plan detailing tasks and timelines for completion.

Budget Development: Participants will receive training in estimating costs and developing budgets for use in bidding or operations. Training includes tracking and monitoring costs over the period of the contract performance.

Resource Management: Training in forecasting the need for resources over the life of the contract, and effectively utilizing resources to meet contractual performance measures. Additional training in: human resource development, team building, and employee satisfaction.

Performance Management: Participants will learn how to achieve performance goals through actively engaging resource units, the project team, and the customer. Training includes: project tracking and evaluation, performance incentives, and mid course corrections.

Team Building: Participants will receive training in developing teams with diverse backgrounds to address time and or resource sensitive tasks. Training will focus on team driven approaches that take multiple disciplines into consideration during the planning stage of project development.

Customer Satisfaction: Training in listening to the customer, and identifying their needs. Participants will learn how to offer cost effective solutions to customer service. Additional training includes: presenting service options to the customer, pinpointing the issues, and identifying the potential for new business.
