  About our Training

By focusing on developing transferable skills, Ingrid Bullock & Associates achieves sustainable results by delivering training in a format that is suited to a participants individual way of thinking.

To accomplish this, we have developed a curriculum that helps the participants to build on their existing knowledge of the company infrastructure, customer preferences, and service requirements. Using their existing knowledge, we create a training environment that supports the participant in identifying a level of excellence in their use of resources, decision-making, and delivery of service. The result, effective teams producing extraordinary results.

Our training topics fall into 2 major categories: Program Development and Capacity Building.

Program Development consists of designing comprehensive programs to address a set of issues in a manner that is mutually beneficial to each member within the targeted group. The goal is to prepare the participants to create programs resulting in dynamic partnerships between skilled workers and community stakeholders that increase the human capacity, and economic base of the neighborhood. Our training focuses on achieving outcomes that increase individual accountability, build diverse teams, and strengthen communities. Training topics in Program Development include:
