Linda Kaplan, (MA) is the CEO of Global KL LLC and has years of executive management experience. Most recently she was Executive Director of the Danya Institute, where she also served as the Director of a cooperative agreement grant from the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment managing the Central East Addiction Technology Transfer Center. Prior to forming the Institute, Ms. Kaplan managed a number of contracts and grants at Danya International including an international evaluation project for the Department of State. For almost a decade, she was the Executive Director of the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors. Ms. Kaplan brings a wealth of skills including government relations, policy and legislative analysis, public and media affairs. Her strong business management skills are evident in her mastery of strategic planning, establishing and monitoring program policy, budgeting, financial oversight, and monitoring project performance measures and accountability.
