Skills include effective research, development, and revision of over 70 courses and learning tools. Asad skillfully designed and delivered workforce development solutions for 9,000 globally dispersed employees including "Train the Trainer" coursework for subject matter experts. His specialization is in developing curriculum for small and large group facilitation, work ethics, customer service, effective communication, anger and conflict management, introduction to supervision and diversity training. Additional expertise in the development of exemplary self-study, classroom, and distance learning courses featuring skill building and experiential activities.
