  Ingrid Bullock

Over 16 years of experience working in low- and moderate-income communities, working directly with community leaders and stakeholders, and also implementing federal and local contracts for government and corporate clients. Her work includes direct contract and program management, as well as team building and training at the corporate level to develop executive and program management employees' skills and leadership abilities. Contracts that Ms. Bullock has successfully won and implemented range from grants management for HUD's Office of University Partnerships, and local fair-housing efforts in the District of Columbia, and Montgomery County, Maryland. Her contributions were a key factor in the successful implementation of HUD's Neighborhood Networks program. Her training venues include small, resident driven community meetings and national conference sessions of 35 - 500.

Ms. Bullock's strengths include meeting and exceeding client needs through staff development, financial management, clear interpretation of the SOW, and effective follow-through.

Ms. Bullock takes her professional endeavors to heart through personal interaction in the community. She has mentored two young women since 1997, encouraging them to pursue college education and to seek and maintain employment to support themselves and their families. She also volunteers by developing and implementing programs at a local community center located in a public housing complex.

Her educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Speech Communications at California State University, and an MBA in international trade from the University of Maryland. She is proficient in Spanish and studying Dutch, German, and French.
