Blast From The Past – January 15, 2008, I Believe In You...

Psalm 139:13-16 -- For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. [NIV]

The God that Darwin Hobbs sang about - the God and King, the Master of Everything, the One robed in royalty and majesty, the Holy Lamb of God, the Lord of Lords, the Greatest Gift of All, the One Who saved us from the fall, the Comforter, the God in three Persons, the Light of Truth; this same God believes in you!! He believes in you because He created you and He knows what you're made of. He knows the quality of the material He used, you call it dust of the earth. But, He knows that you have been created in His holy image. God believes in you!

You may be feeling overwhelmed this morning, but you have in you what you need to conquer and be victorious over every challenge today. You may not see it, but you can do this! The everywhere-present-at-the-same-time God believes in you. He sees you every moment of every day and what He sees does not change His mind. He has deposited in you what you need for every assignment. He vested the life of His Son in you! Every morning you wake up facing a day filled with victories in every area of your life. You have been wonderfully crafted to fulfill His purpose for you. What happens to you is no accident or coincidence. You were not part of a mass production. God patiently made everything about you; from your round nose to your crooked baby toe. So, He knows all about you. God believes in you!

You, my Precious Heart, have the encouragement and support of the Almighty God. The Lord, Strong and Mighty, Mighty in battle pushes you this morning. This same God is right there with you. And, with Him, is His Power and Provision. He believes in you because with Him being there with you, you can't go wrong! The God Who spoke and brought things into being is in the stands cheering for you. The God who painted the sunset and sunrise with one stroke speaks well of you today. You, darling, have the backing of the God who sits on the circle of the earth! Who wouldn't want to be you? You can't fail, not with all that is behind you. Don't assume it. You've got to believe it, do you? Well, whether you believe in you or not...God believes in you!!!!!
